There´s no stopping IT these days: increased Internet speeds, better access to information, bigger hard drives, faster PCs, and much more. However, this hasn´t been accompanied by an increase in monitor size. We need more space!

If you lack space for all your icons, folders, shortcuts, etc, maybe you need a virtual desktop. A virtual desktop lets you multiply the space you have available, functioning like a normal Windows desktop but with the advantage of being able to have as many as you like in the same system. One for work, one for studies, one for games, etc.

Four Desktops is an application to create up to three virtual desktops (making four with the original Windows one), quadrupling the number of folders etc you can have open at the same time. But Four Desktops, it must be remembered, only creates them, it doesn´t manage them.
